Shipping Policy
We ship three times per week. For deliveries within Belgium, we work with BPost and PostNL. International orders are shipped via PostNL.
We offer shipping for orders up to 5kg. If you wish to place a larger order, please contact us at koen@afterclub.be for a custom shipping quote.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at koen@afterclub.be. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged, please send us photos of the packaging and item within 48 hours so we can assist with a resolution.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of Belgium may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- The recipient is responsible for checking and complying with the customs regulations in their country before placing an order.
- Any additional fees for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
- If an order is held at customs, the recipient must provide the necessary documentation and pay any applicable fees to release the package.
- If the recipient refuses to pay the customs fees or fails to collect the package, it may be returned to us or destroyed by customs authorities. In such cases, we are not responsible for refunds or replacement of the order.
